Planning parties can be stressful and is always much more time-consuming than anticipated. Let us take the strain with one of our packages or a bespoke service.
Our packages start from as little as £400 for up to 20 children and include:
- researching venues and booking,
- sourcing, ordering, hand-writing and posting invitations,
- investigating cake ideas and options for your budget and ordering from a suitable local supplier,
- finding suitable party bags and contents, ordering and packing with personalised name-tags ready for the party,
- sourcing and ordering decorations, for example balloons, banners and bunting,
- finding caterers or sourcing party food from one of the large supermarkets, including accounting for any special dietary requirements.
We advise at least 2 months notice and can work with budgets of a few hundred pounds upwards.
Optional extras include:
- compiling a list of potential themes, and extent of its application (for example, invitations, cake, party bags, food, décor, outfits, games, etc),
- gift list production and management,
- RSVP management (dedicated mailbox for responses, maintaining list of invitees and acceptances, tracking any special food requirements, calls to chase up replies),
- booking a photographer and / or videographer, plus emailing parental consent forms and managing responses,
- researching entertainment and activity options and booking,
- planning party games, arranging rental of toys / play equipment (e.g. soft play, bouncy castle, trampoline, popcorn machine),
- finding that special fancy dress outfit,
- arranging any required transport, accommodation or other extras,
- help on the day with set-up, clearing, liaison with the suppliers and all the other tasks needed to help the party run smoothly,
- writing and sending thank you notes post-party.
