Rental Property Management
Lifestyle Richmond provide rental property management services including:
- finding new tenants (liaising with local estate agents),
- facilitating change-overs including professional cleans and any fittings replacements needed,
- acting on your behalf, handling the questions from tenants and organising maintenance (for example annual gas safety checks),
- handling addition and removal of any furnishing requested by tenants,
- helping our clients find new properties to purchase as a rental investment,
- performing market research into current prices and rental rates,
- reviewing auctions for suitable lots,
- handling preparation of properties for the rental market (e.g. redecoration and furnishing).

Home Management
Lifestyle Richmond can provide Home management when you are away for either short or long periods (for example second homes, holiday homes and other unoccupied properties).
Our services include:
- regular visits to check security,
- house and garden maintenance,
- facilitating change-overs including cleaning, welcome hampers, laundry and point of contact for any questions or issues,
- opening and closing house (cleaning, fridge stocking etc),
- mail handling,
- lifestyle concierge services for you while resident in the property, for example arranging entertainment and airport collection.
